Mixing meat in this stainless steel meat mixer is very easy: simply open the lid and fill the reservoir with the desired amount of meat or fish. The reservoir has a capacity of 20 litres and is suitable for processing 13 to 16kg of meat or fish. After you have added your meat, you can add spices such as herbs, nuts or vegetables. To mix everything well, turn the handle until you have reached the right texture for your meat or filling. The meat mixer can turn in two directions. The tilting reservoir is very handy when you want to take the contents out and also offers a great advantage when cleaning.
