Professional catering kitchens are demanding when it comes to the kitchen equipment that they have to use daily. With this luxury gas stove with gas oven, you can immediately see that in the materials used. Due to the depth of 90cm, this cooker is perfect for large pans. There is enough space to put large pans on all burners.

Premium material selection

The stove is made entirely from stainless steel, with heavy cast iron pan supports and chrome gas burners. By using these robust materials in combination with a smart design, you can be sure that you will enjoy your gas stove for a long time. The whole construction is seamlessly welded and is suitable for placing in a cooking line. There is a safety valve with a thermocouple. This ensures that the gas valve remains open as long as the sensor still registers heat. As soon as there is no flame, this will automatically close the gas valve so that no gas escapes. There is additional safety in the form of a safety thermostat.

Including gas oven

In addition to the four-burner stove, this gas stove also has a spacious gas oven. The static oven chamber is made from stainless steel, including the door that is 40mm thick. The inside has a chrome rack with three levels on which you can place 2/1 GN containers. You can set temperatures between 100 and 300°C.
