It has been designed specifically to make cooking more efficient. For example, there is a large drain valve to drain liquid dishes and large control buttons.

Direct heating system

This boiling pan works on gas and has throttle valves that are electronically controlled, just like the ignition system. The micro-perforated burners are made from stainless steel and are equipped with a flame protection. The pan has a single wall with the heat source directly under the boiler, which means it offers a direct heating system. This makes it ideal for food that you cook in water, such as vegetables, potatoes, rice, sausage and meat. The safety thermostat protects against low water levels so that dishes do not burn quickly. Thanks to the additional insulating material, heat loss and energy consumption are also kept to a minimum.

The double layered lid has a large handle and an opening mechanism with a counterweight so that opening and closing is smooth. Being able to clean it easily is an important part of the ease of use.
