Using the pressure plate, you manually press the meat into the filling tube with the help of a crank. You can turn sausages at two speeds with this sturdy sausage filler.

Simply tilt the reservoir towards you and fill it with ingredients. The casing used to make the sausage slides over the filling tube and needs to be held firmly. Turn the crank and the ingredients are pushed into the filling tube. It's important that the casing is filled as tightly as possible and that no air is added. When the sausage is ready, turn it a few times and remove it from the filling tube.
