Stubborn dirt can be removed by heating the appliance to 75°C and pouring some water on the grill surface. It is recommended to use gloves. Then use a damp cloth with some mild detergent to wipe all the parts clean. Thanks to the rubber feet, this professional griddle stands firm and stable during use.
