  • UNIV-SG is a universal degreasing and disinfecting detergent for professional use that removes all types of soil from all kitchen surfaces. It is safe for users (law 81/08 Ex 626) and effective for cleaning equipment intended for contact with food (HACCP).
  • The formula is particularly concentrated, allowing the product to be diluted to a very high level, while the absence of hazard warnings on the label makes it safe and easy to use.
  • UNIV-SG is ideal for cleaning worktops, tiles, hoods and their filters, refrigerator interiors, slicers, trolleys, rotisseries, waste containers, equipment in general and all surfaces in kitchens and processing industries. UNIV-SG is therefore an excellent product for the food industry. UNIV-SG is particularly suitable for deep cleaning and shining satin-finish stainless steel surfaces and equipment.
  • INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE & DOSAGE: UNIV-SG is a highly concentrated product, it is recommended to spray it diluted in 2-5% water (from 20 to 50g per liter of water) on the surfaces to be cleaned, leaving it to act for a few seconds, then rinse with a damp sponge or cloth. For particularly dirty floors, use the product diluted 1 to 3g litre of water. To polish silver, gold and metals in general: dilute the product to 20-30% and leave objects to soak for a few seconds, then rinse. For stubborn dirt, we recommend using the product in higher concentrations: 10-30%.

WARNING:

  • May cause skin burns and serious eye damage.
  • Protect eyes/face.
  • IF IN THE EYES: rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if possible. Continue to rinse.
  • Immediately call a POISON CENTER/a doctor.
  • Dispose of product/container in accordance with regulations.
