With its indirect heating system, this gas fired boiling pan is ideal for preparing liquid dishes. It has been made entirely from stainless steel and is equipped with a handy drain valve.

Extra insulation

The boiling pan has an indirect heating system: there is a double wall that can be filled with water so that food does not burn or overheat quickly. The double walled lid also has extra insulation. In addition, the lid is equipped with a hinged and balanced mechanism that makes it easy to open and close. There is also a pressure relief valve that ensures that the steam does not overpressurise. This boiling pan is also equipped with micro-perforated burners made from stainless steel and have a flame protection for extra safety. Using the external valve, you can also remove any excess air to decrease the pressure. Lastly, there is a clearly readable pressure gauge.

Easy to clean

Because the boiling pan is made entirely from stainless steel, it is easy to clean. This gas fired boiling pan is suitable for LPG or natural gas. The drain valve lets you drain liquid dishes, as well as empty the boiling pan for easy cleaning. The stainless steel surfaces are cleaned using a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. After cleaning, dry everything well with a soft cloth. This professional boiling pan is equipped with sturdy legs for extra stability during use.
