This Heavy Duty double infrared cooker is perfect to add to a 700mm deep cooking line. This electric infrared cooker has a ceramc cooking surfface of 6mm thick with four burners. It is made of thick stainless steel and has a monoblock top, so it is easy to clean.

Cooking equipment that is used intensively for a long time should be of good quality to last longer. This heavy-duty infrared hob has four burners and is made from thick stainless steel. Whether you use it twice a day or a lot, it can stand up to a lot of wear and tear and will last you many years. The cooking plate is ideal for use in a cooking line and can easily be extended with an open stainless steel base or a closed base with a door. These can be ordered as well.

Handy safety thermostat

The heating element in this infrared hob consists of circular zones with a diameter of 21-30cm. The ceramic cooking surface is 6mm thick and integrated into a monoblock top. To cook at the right temperature, you can use the safety thermostat to set temperatures between 50 and 300ºC. All burners can be set separately. In addition, the hob is fitted with a thermostat with a safety switch to prevent overheating.

Works on three-phase current

The housing is made entirely from stainless steel and thanks to the welded seamless top, this professional infrared hob is easy to clean with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. The construction is very durable and consists of heavy-duty components for a longer life.
