It's ideal for use in the catering kitchen for chopping and cutting ingredients such as meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, nuts or chocolate. This cutter is beautifully finished and has a variable speed between 1500 and 3000 RPM.

You can save a lot of time in your professional kitchen with this commercial food processor. It cuts and mixes various products without any hassle. Food suited to it include meat and fish, vegetables and fruit, nuts, dried fruit, cheese and chocolate. This processor also blends food to make delicious pesto, sauces, herb mixes and dressings. You can even prepare fillings made from meat with this food processor. The machine offers two processing speeds, 1500 and 3000RPM, for different textures.

Simple operate 

This professional food processor is very easy to use. Place your ingredients inside the large stainless steel bowl. Then place the lid over the machine and tighten the safety latch next to the bowl. It is important that you only put ingredients in the bowl when the appliance is switched off. The process also has a transparent lid so that you can see the progress of your task. There is also an opening in the lid so you can safely add other ingredients like oil, water or milk. Thanks to the four blades made from stainless steel, this food processor cuts through all kinds of food products with ease. After processing, you can lift the bowl by using the tilting arm. This food processor has four rubber feet so that it stays firmly on the ground when in use.

Easy to clean

This powerful food processor is made from sturdy stainless steel and, thanks to the smooth surfaces, you can easily remove food residue. Before cleaning, first unplug the appliance and remove the loose parts. The stainless steel casing can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Wipe down the other parts with a cloth and a mild detergent, and  then rinse with warm water. After cleaning, make sure everything is dry before putting the appliance back together.
