Thanks to the built-in cooling system with a fan in this professional fridge, this is not a problem. This fridge also features a digital temperature controller, making it even easier to set the temperature within a range between 0° and 12°C. The specialised built-in cooling cycle reduces the chance of ice formation in the diplay fridge and the automatic defrost function every six hours makes sure that any ice that forms disappears quickly. The refrigerant used in this display fridge is R600a, which is free from CFC.
