This professional stainless steel electric deep fryer has a tank capacity of approximately four liters of oil and is perfect to fry 1kg of fries or other snacks. This table top model is equipped with one basket, a lid, protective heating elements, overload protection. 

This luxuriously finished deep fryer with a capacity of 4L is ideal for frying vegetables, fries, fish and other snacks. It's well suited to both the home and professional kitchen. It's a compact table model that can be placed on any counter or table. Thanks to the rubber feet, the fryer does not shift during use and stays firmly in place. You can set the temperature precisely using the thermostat to a range between 0°C and 190°C so products come out of the pan perfectly crisp and crunchy.

The removable lid prevents oil splashes

Working safely is important in any kitchen. This is why this fryer has a removable lid. Use it while you are frying to prevent oil from splashing. The handles of the lid and the frying basket are heat-resistant and safe to use. The deep fryer also has overload protection and is equipped with a cold zone. This means that the protected heating element is suspended about 2cm above the bottom of the fryer. The oil under the heating element is cooler so crumbs are less likely to burn. This allows oil to stay fresher for longer.

Easy cleaning

Hygiene is essential when preparing food. Since this deep fryer is made from stainless steel and has rounded corners, cleaning is easy. For the exterior, you need a damp cloth to wipe it clean. The removable parts can be taken out of the fryer and left to soak in warm, soapy water. Use a brush to clean everything thoroughly. After cleaning, dry the parts with a soft cloth.
