The sausage filler comes with four stainless steel filling tubes of 16, 22, 32 and 38mm diameters. The pressure plate contains a hole for venting and is enclosed with a seal. Using the pressure plate, you manually press the meat into the filling tube with the help of a crank. You can turn sausages at two speeds with this sturdy sausage filler.
