This electric griddle is made of stainless steel and has a smooth chrome griddle plate. It is made for daily intensive use in professional kitchens and can be added to a 90cm deep cooking line. The smooth griddle plate is ideal to fry meat, fish, vegetables and eggs. It has drip tray to collect grease.

For any stubborn residue, you can also use a scraper. Make sure all parts are dried properly before you put use it again.
