Built-in timer with rotary knob

It also has a stop and start button, as well as a timer with a rotary knob. A special button has been added to help push the finished vegetables out of the machine so you don't have to do it manually. Additional safety features include a safety switch in the lid, as well as the door in front. This professional peeler comes with a stainless steel bowl and a filter for the scraps and dirtied water.
