This robust boiling pan of 60L is indispensable for larger cooking jobs. It's gas-fired and does all major cooking jobs with ease. With its direct heating, it is ideal for boiling large quantities of food in water, such as meat, vegetables, rice and potatoes. It's both easy to use and easy to clean.

This robust boiling kettle from our 700 series is ready for any big job. Cooking, baking or poaching in large volumes; this powerhouse gets the job done with ease thanks to its 50 liter gas-fired boiling kettle. It's very easy to use and equipped with sturdy adjustable legs for extra stability

Direct heating system

This boiling pan works on gas and the throttle valves are electronically controlled, just like the ignition system. The micro-perforated burners are made from stainless steel and are equipped with flame protection. It is a direct heating system with a heat source directly underneath the boiler. This makes the boiling pan perfect for food that you can cook in water, such as meat, vegetables, rice and potatoes. Thanks to the additional insulating material that the boiling pan is made from, heat loss and energy consumption are reduced to a minimum.

Easy to use

At 67kg, this boiling pan is a large cooking device, but it's still very easy to use. The double-layer lid of the boiling pan has a large handle and an opening mechanism with a counterweight so that opening and closing are very smooth. Being able to clean a device easily is also an important part of the ease of use. With the boiling pan, the inside is round and, thanks to the stainless steel finish, has a smooth surface. This makes it very easy to clean. A boiling pan is not complete without a handy drain valve. This is not only necessary when draining the cooking water, but of course also very practical during cleaning.
