When a large capacity is needed, you can rely on this premium gas powered boiling pan. With a capacity of 150 litres, you can quickly cook, bake or poach large quantities of food.

Indirect heating system

This boiling pan has a double wall, the inside of which is filled with water. As a result, it does not get heated directly at the bottom, but rather more evenly over the entire wall. As a result, the risk of burning is very low. This is known as an indirect heating system. This is perfect for preparing liquid foods, such as soups, sauces, broths and creams. Thanks to the additional insulating material that the boiling pan is made from, heat loss and energy consumption are reduced to a minimum. In addition, a safety thermostat also protects against a low water level so that dishes do not burn too quickly. A handy pressure gauge is placed on top of the boiler to read the pressure more easily.

User friendly

The most practical function of this gas powered boiling pan is that it can be tilted. Tilting makes it easier to add ingredients, stir them in properly, or pour the contents out. There is also a wide pouring nozzle to help with this, and the tilting is fully automated via the control panel. The lid of a boiling pan is usually quite large and heavy, but thanks to the weight mechanism on this one you can open and close it effortlessly, making this boiling pan very user friendly. And because stainless steel has been used everywhere and the boiler is round inside, it's also easy to clean. Lastly, it's also on castors to make moving around when needed as simple as possible.
