The SARO EL 53 is a professional-grade chest freezer engineered for ice cream storage and food preservation. Constructed with powder-coated steel housing and an insulated, lockable hinged lid, this unit maintains temperatures between -18 and -20°F with reliable static cooling. The spacious 426-liter net capacity accommodates three included mesh baskets, with room for a fourth, while 60mm insulation ensures optimal thermal performance across ambient conditions of +59 to +86°F. Manual temperature control and defrost functionality provide straightforward operation, complemented by levelable feet for stable placement.
