With this bratt pan, you will always have enough capacity to quickly bake, roast, cook or stew large quantities of delicious meals. It has been entirely from stainless steel and comes equipped with a tilting inner pan to make it easier to empty and clean.

 

This robust bratt pan is ready to take on the big kitchen tasks. With its capacity of 205 litres, you can easily cook the tastiest dishes in large quantities. This makes it ideal for use in a professional catering kitchen. This bratt pan is electric and is also tiltable so you can easily remove the finished dish for serving or even cleaning. 

Equipped with thermal insulation

Working safely in the hospitality industry is essential. The safety thermostat helps ensure that overheating is prevented. The temperature can be set between 120 and 300°C. To limit any loss of heat and to keep the energy consumption low, the bratt pan is equipped with thermal insulation. The bottom of the inner pan is made from 8mm thick stainless steel to prevent corrosion, which also ensures that the heat is evenly distributed.

Easy to clean

An important part of the ease of use is the cleaning. Thanks to the smart design and use of smooth materials, you never have to worry about that. The stainless steel is very easy to clean, simply by using a cloth. The corners are rounded so that no food residue can accumulate and, thanks to the handy water tap, you always have water on hand for cleaning. Tilting the inner pan also comes in handy when you need to clean and dry the bratt pan.
