This premium boiling pan works on gas and has the capacity for 160 litres. It is ideal for preparing large quantities of dishes. Thanks to the double walled lid, the insulation of the boiling pan reduces loss of heat and energy, making it very energy efficient. It is also very user friendly and easy to clean.

In professional kitchens where a large cooking capacity is needed, this premium boiling pan fits right in. In this round boiling pan you can cook, poach and bake a variety of different kinds of food. It has been designed specifically to make cooking more efficient. For example, there is a large drain valve to drain liquid dishes and large control buttons.

Direct heating system

This boiling pan works on gas and has throttle valves that are electronically controlled, just like the ignition system. The micro-perforated burners are made from stainless steel and are equipped with a flame protection. The pan has a single wall with the heat source directly under the boiler, which means it offers a direct heating system. This makes it ideal for food that you cook in water, such as vegetables, potatoes, rice, sausage and meat. The safety thermostat protects against low water levels so that dishes do not burn quickly. Thanks to the additional insulating material, heat loss and energy consumption are also kept to a minimum.

Easy to use

With its 91,3kg, it is a hefty cooking device, but is still very easy to use. The double layered lid has a large handle and an opening mechanism with a counterweight so that opening and closing is smooth. Being able to clean it easily is an important part of the ease of use. The inside is round and, thanks to the stainless steel, smoothly finished everywhere. A boiling pan also needs a handy drain valve to remove liquid without any hassle. This is not only useful for draining the cooking water, but is also very practical during cleaning.
