With its indirect heating system, this gas fired boiling pan is ideal for preparing liquid dishes. It has been made entirely from stainless steel and is equipped with a handy drain valve.

In professional kitchens where a large cooking capacity is needed, this premium boiling pan fits right in. In this round boiling pan you can cook, poach and bake a variety of different kinds of food. It has been designed specifically to make cooking more efficient. For example, there is a large drain valve to drain liquid dishes, as well as large control buttons and an easy-to-read pressure gauge.

Indirect heating system

This boiling pan works on gas and has throttle valves that are electronically controlled, just like the ignition system. The micro-perforated burners are made from stainless steel and are equipped with a flame protection. The double wall on the inside is filled with water and the heat source is located directly under the boiler. As a result, it has an indirect heating system. The safety thermostat protects against low water levels so that dishes do not burn quickly. This makes the boiling pan perfect for liquid dishes or food that you cook in water, such as rice, potatoes, meat and vegetables. Thanks to the additional insulating material, heat loss and energy consumption are also kept to a minimum.

Easy to use

With its 105,6kg, it is a hefty cooking device, but is still very easy to use. The double layered lid has a large handle and an opening mechanism with a counterweight so that opening and closing is smooth. The pressure gauge is placed on top of the device so that the pressure can be read clearly. Being able to clean it easily is an important part of the ease of use. The inside is round and, thanks to the stainless steel, smoothly finished everywhere. A boiling pan also needs a handy drain valve to remove liquid without any hassle. This is not only useful for draining the cooking water, but is also very practical during cleaning.
