With this planetary mixer with 10 liter mixing bowl you can mix up to 5kg of dough. It has three different speeds and several safety features like safety switches and a protective guard. The planetary mixer has a cast iron housing with a scratch-resistant coating and a stainless steel mixing bowl.

This planetary mixer is highly versatile and can be used to knead bread and pizza dough, whip or beat egg whites or cream and even mix batter for cakes and pies. You can easily remove the robust 10L stainless steel mixing bowl from the device to transfer dough and batter into a baking tin. For kneading, beating and mixing, it can be set to three different speeds: 110, 178 and 390 RPM. Whatever dough or batter you prepare, the metal gears make kneading and mixing a breeze.

It's well suited to baking small loaves and rolls. In addition to a dough hook, this high-quality planetary mixer also comes with a whisk and a batter wing.
