This Heavy Duty infrared cooker is ideal for professional kitchens. It has a 6mm thick ceramic surface with two separate burners and is suitable to add to a 700mm deep cooking line. It has a monoblock top and is made of stainless steel, which makes it very easy to clean.

Each of the two heating zones can be controlled separately, letting you prepare multiple dishes at once. The high-quality ceramic surface distributes heat evenly, with a temperature range of 50°C to 300°C. A built-in safety thermostat and indicator lights keep operation safe and simple. The 6 mm thick ceramic cooktop is reinforced by a robust stainless steel housing. It’s made to handle heavy use, every day. The waterproof seal around the surface protects the unit from moisture - essential for a busy commercial kitchen. You can also combine this unit with a matching open base or a closed base with door (sold separately) for extra flexibility.

Clean and safe

The smooth, flat surface makes cleaning easy. After use, wait for the surface to cool and simply wipe it down with warm water and a mild cleaning agent. The seamless design reduces dirt build-up, and the indicator light remains on as long as the plate is still hot - so you know when it’s safe to clean.
