This electric Heavy Duty boiling pan has a capacity of 60 litres for preparing large quantities of liquid dishes. The boiling pan has a double wall that needs to be filled with water. This indirect heating system prevents that food gets burned. The draintap is ideal to tap your liquid food. 

In large, professional kitchens where a high capacity is needed, this 60-litre heavy-duty boiling pan does an excellent job. You can boil, poach and fry in the round cooking pot. This professional pan is ideal for preparing soups, sauces and broths as well as stews, vegetables and potatoes. Thanks to the large drain tap, it is possible to drain liquid food to the exact amount you need.

Indirect heating system

The double wall filled with water on the inside of the boiling pan creates an indirect heating system. The safety thermostat warns against a low water level so that food does not burn quickly. The lid of the cooking pot is double-layered and equipped with a counterweight mechanism so that you can easily open and close it. Thanks to the extra-insulating material from which the pan is made, heat loss and energy consumption are kept at a minimum. The pan is very user-friendly and has a practical manometer.

Works on three-phase current

This powerful boiling pan is made from stainless steel and is very easy to clean. Stainless steel is best cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. After cleaning, it is advisable to dry everything thoroughly with a soft cloth. In addition, this professional boiling pan is equipped with sturdy legs for extra stability. It works on three-phase power.
