The temperature of this electric griddle can be set between 50ºC and 300ºC. This allows you to prepare different products at different temperatures. The griddle is also equipped with a handy temperature indicator. When the light goes out, you know you can start cooking. Because working safely is very important in a professional kitchen, the griddle is equipped with overload protection. The high stainless steel splash guards around the griddle prevent oil splashes. The electric grill is also very user-friendly. You just switch it on with the on button, grease the grill surface and wait until the right temperature is reached before grilling.

Coarse residues can be removed with a brush or scraper, while stubborn dirt is easier to remove by heating the unit to 75°C and pouring some water on the grill surface. It is, however, advisable to wear gloves. A damp cloth and mild detergent can be used to wipe all parts beautifully clean. Thanks to the rubber feet, this professional grill stands firm and stable during use.
