It makes pizza bases up to 52cm in size quickly and easily. It's ideal for intensive daily use in large kitchens, restaurants, hotels, canteens and bakeries. Besides pizza bases, you can also make bases for tarts and pies and roll out dough for pasta and bread. This tabletop model is handy for kitchens with limited space as it can be quickly folded away when not in use.

Equipped with a conveyor belt

Thanks to the handy conveyor belt made specially for food processing, you can process large portions of dough. The rolling pin is very user-friendly and has a container at the top for flour. This way, the dough does not stick to the conveyor belt and the rolling pin. To adjust the right thickness of the dough, use the upper handle. With this lever, you can choose a thickness between 0 and 34mm. As soon as you put the dough on the conveyor belt, use the bottom handle to pass the dough through the roller. On the other side of the rolling pin, the dough comes out evenly rolled out.

This professional rolling pin is equipped with safety grids so that nothing else can get between the rolling pin and the dough itself. Cleaning is also a quick and easy job.
