Heat resistant handles

During frying, temperatures can rise to 190°C, so working safely is extremely important. You can use the removable lids on the pan while in use to prevent oil from splashing. The handles of the lids and baskets are also heat-resistant for added safety. The rubber feet at the bottom ensure that the fryer stays securely in place. If you need to move the appliance. the handles on the sides are also heat resistant. The deep fryer is, in addition, equipped with overload protection, and thanks to the built-in cold zone, deep-frying oil stays fresher for longer. With this, the heating element hangs slightly above the bottom so the oil between the element and the bottom remains cooler. Any crumbs that fall burn less quickly in this way, which means that the oil needs to be changed less frequently. When changing the oil, you can use the handy drain taps.
