This heavy-duty cooking plate with two chrome-plated burners is well suited to placement in a 700mm deep cooking line. The gas cooker is made from thick stainless steel with solid components and is ideal for intensive daily use in the professional catering kitchen.

In large and busy catering kitchens, cooking equipment must be durable and long-lasting. This two-burner gas hob is specially designed for intensive daily use and is ideal for any restaurant, cafe, hotel, snack bar or other catering establishment. The robust and highly durable construction consists of a stainless steel housing and heavy cast iron pan supports. The heavy-duty components can withstand a lot of wear and tear. You can also expand the hob with a stainless steel base that can be ordered as well.

Suitable for LPG and natural gas

Working with this gas hob is also practical because of the handy large rotary knobs and ergonomic design. The burners are made from chrome for the best cooking performance. The Heavy Duty hob is fitted with a pilot light that ensures the gas is extinguished when you turn the knob and is also an extra safety feature to prevent gas flowing. You can set the safety thermostat to a temperature between 100 and 300ºC. There is also a safety valve built in for the gas with a thermocouple. This professional cooker is suitable for LPG or natural gas.

Smooth surfaces

This 700 series cooktop is easy to clean thanks to its smooth stainless steel and cast iron surfaces. The seamless welded top has the advantage that no dirt remains stuck inside it. The inside corners are also rounded to prevent dirt from accumulating. To clean all parts, simply take them apart and clean them with warm water and a mild detergent. Always dry everything with a soft cloth.
