  • Very robust knife (1 smooth knife as standard), with curved blades made of hardened “cutlery” steel.

  • Transparent Lexan lid for optimal product visibility, with integrated scraper.
  • Ingredients can be added through an opening in the lid.
  • Spatula and sharpening stone supplied as standard.
