Welcome to Maxigastro. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through www.maxigastro.eu.
1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made from Maxigastro.
If you purchase as a consumer (B2C), your rights are governed by the applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence and relevant European Union legislation.
If you purchase as a business customer (B2B), our Business Terms & Conditions apply.
Our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy form an integral part of these Terms of Service.
2. Orders and Acceptance
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
A binding agreement is only concluded when Maxigastro has accepted and processed your order.
Maxigastro reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
- Obvious pricing errors
- Technical or system errors
- Products being out of stock
- Supplier availability issues
- Payment authorization failures
- Suspected fraud or misuse
If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded as soon as possible.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in the selected currency.
Product pages show both the price excluding VAT and the price including VAT. The cart may show amounts excluding VAT, while checkout shows the final total including applicable VAT before the order is submitted.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before the order is completed.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
For special-order or custom-made products, Maxigastro reserves the right to require full or partial payment in advance.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond Maxigastro's reasonable control, including supplier delays, transportation issues or force majeure.
For consumers, the risk passes when the goods have been delivered.
For business customers, the risk transfers according to the agreed delivery terms.

6. Warranty and Claims
Consumers are protected by the statutory warranty rights applicable in their country of residence.
Business customers are covered by Maxigastro's B2B warranty conditions, including a 12-month spare parts warranty.
The B2B warranty covers replacement spare parts only and does not include:
- Labour
- Service visits
- Installation
- Removal
- Travel expenses
- Diagnostics
- Downtime
- Consequential losses
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless one of the legal exceptions applies.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured or configured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products, including certain custom-configured equipment.

Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maxigastro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue or business interruption arising from purchases made by business customers.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
9. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by Danish law.
For consumers, any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
For business customers, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Roskilde (Retten i Roskilde), Denmark, unless Maxigastro chooses another competent court.
