The SARO Gas Bain-Marie 600 x 600 (model GBM66) represents professional-grade food warming equipment engineered for demanding culinary environments. Constructed from premium stainless steel AISI 304, this unit accommodates one full-size GN container plus two quarter-size containers, each up to 150 mm deep, providing approximately 20 liters of capacity. The seamlessly welded basin ensures durability and hygienic food handling. Equipped with a 5 kW burner featuring piezoelectric ignition and thermocouple safety protection, it maintains precise temperatures between 40–85°C. Pre-configured for natural gas H with included propane nozzles, the unit incorporates a front water drain with ball valve for convenient maintenance. Its modular design allows for optional bridging bars to connect multiple units. Compact dimensions (400W x 600D x 270/460H mm) and 20 kg net weight make it suitable for various kitchen layouts.
