This grooved premium griddle works on gas and has been designed for maximum,daily productivity. It fits perfect in a 90cm deep cooking line in a professional kitchen. This double grooved grill plate has enough space and is ideal to create "grill marks" on your food.

This premium griddle has a double-grooved grill plate and is ideally suited to high production needs and daily intensive use. With a depth of 90cm, it fits perfectly into a cooking line and offers a big surface area on which to cook large quantities of food at the same time.

Durable construction

This high-quality griddle has been made specifically for use within a cooking line. Using only quality materials, it's ideal for daily intensive use. The double-grooved grill plate has been made from 15mm thick steel and has an elegant satin finish. Underneath, there is a large 1,5 litre drip tray to help collect grease during the cooking process and keep everything neat. It can easily be removed for cleaning.

Safe and easy to clean

This premium griddle is both safe to use and simple to clean. It has an ergonomic design to make working with the appliance easier. It also has high stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splashes and ensure a safe and pleasant cooking experience. The stainless steel housing, splash guards and grill plate are all easy to clean with a soft cloth and a little bit of detergent. It's important to turn the appliance off before you start cleaning.
