Depending on the type of dough or batter, you can set the dough mixer to your desired speed: 80, 160 or a top speed of 310 RPM.

Thanks to the lever on the side, you can easily lower the filled mixing bowl after kneading.

Scratches are prevented thanks to the scratch-resistant coating of the cast-iron housing. The planetary mixer can be expanded with various accessories, such as matching baskets and a mobile trolley.
