  • Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • AISI 316 stainless steel tank, 15/10 mm thick, resistant to salt corrosion and wear, with overflow for starch. The ball valve is located on the front of the unit. The inside of the tank has a double perforated bottom in AISI 304 stainless steel to protect the heating elements from any contact with the baskets.
  • Electric heating by means of armoured stainless steel resistors placed inside the tank, with temperature regulation by means of a switch with 4 heating positions.
  • The appliance is built in compliance with all the current standards (CE).
  • NB: optional 4 baskets A60/CP-C8.
