This powerful, professional deep fryer is made for intensive use and can be added to a cooking line of 600mm deep. The deep fryer has one basket and is equipped with a drain tap. This, together with the stainless steel housing, makes it easy to clean.

This electric professional deep fryer is a powerful addition to any hotel and catering business and is well suited for intensive use daily. In addition, this deep fryer can be used along a cooking line or even expanded with a stainless steel commercial-grade cupboard. It has a connecting rod so you can easily attach it to other kitchen appliances and the stainless steel tank is seamlessly welded. It boasts a capacity of 10L for frying large portions of snacks, fries, vegetables, fish and other products.

Precisely set the temperature

The drain tap makes it safe and easy to change out old oil. The fryer comes with a large frying basket per tank and a removable lid to prevent oil splashes. The handles are heat resistant and the legs can be adjusted to the required height. Products can also be deep-fried at different temperatures for the best results. Using the thermostat, you can easily set a temperature between 0°C and 190°C. This professional fryer works on 400V power.

Easy cleaning

The fryer and all its parts are made of durable stainless steel. In combination with the rounded corners, this ensures easy cleaning of the appliance and better hygiene. The stainless steel housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The frying basket and lid can both be soaked in warm, soapy water. After cleaning, dry everything with a soft cloth.
