In addition, this wok cooker is 90cm deep so that large wok pans fit on it. There is a drip tray at the bottom so you can use the wok for hours. The drip tray is easy to remove and clean.

Ideal for a cooking line

The cast iron cooking rings are designed in such a way that they are suitable for heavy loads in catering kitchens. Since it is a compact tabletop model, it can easily be placed on a table or countertop. Of course, it is possible to order a stainless steel base and to install the wok cooker on it.

The burner is also equipped with a pilot flame and a gas safety valve with thermocouple. You can set the temperature using the safety thermostat. This professional wok burner can be used with LPG or natural gas and is suitable for use in a cooking line.

Easy to maintain

The top of this wok burner is made from stainless steel so it's very easy to clean. The cooking rings can be removed, as can the drip tray.
