With this shawarma grill, you can quickly serve the tastiest shawarma sandwiches, kebabs and other grill dishes. This kebab grill is not only suitable for use in shawarma shops and grillrooms but also for grilling meat in food trucks and other catering establishments. The temperature of the burners can be set separately so you can choose whether the meat should be lightly grilled on top or the other side. For perfect preparation, the grill skewer is adjustable and can be turned left and right. 

Includes nozzles for natural gas

With this grill model, a reliable motor is located at the top of the appliance. At the bottom, a stainless steel drip tray is mounted, which can also be removed for easy cleaning. Because this doner kebab grill works on gas, you will receive standard nozzles for natural gas (20 - 25 mbar). The nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) are supplied separately (30 - 50 mbar) in a plastic bag together with the instruction manual. Always ask a professional to carry out the conversion from natural gas to LPG. You can also order a kebab knife with your purchase to cut the grilled meat into wafer-thin slices.

Dishwasher safe parts

Working hygienically is essential when preparing food. This doner kebab grill is therefore easy to clean. Simply unplug it and wait for it to cool down. Then, remove all parts that come into contact with meat and soak them in warm water with a mild detergent. Wipe everything with a soft cloth. The housing, skewer and meat plate are made from stainless steel and are also easy to clean.
