  • Built-in continuous water softener (ATTENTION: cold water connection). 
  • Height of load Ø 465mm.
  • "Double walled" construction with thermic insulation.
  • From 60 to 24 baskets/hour. 60", 120", 150" or continuous PLD cycles.
  • 3 stages: washing, discharge, rinse.
  • Water consumption per cycle 3 liters.
  • Vertical wash pump (double flux), auto-drain and auto-wash (1,5 Kw).

  • Control panel at the top of the hood, digital display.
  • Basket 600x500 mm, capacity 22 plates, dishes 600x400 (see accessories), beer baskets 600x400 to 135L, always the possibility of using 500x500 mm baskets. Device opening and closing cover on connecting rods.
  • Double-walled version completely in AISI 304 stainless steel. Washing and rinsing arms, upper and lower, rotating, lower arm in "molded" stainless steel, upper arm in "molded" polypropylene. Self-cleaning stainless steel nozzles. Entirely stamped tank (2,5 kW). "Integral" filter tank, in "molded" stainless steel. External piping to the washing chamber. Stamped walls. Double filter of the pump in polypropylene. Removable control panel for easy maintenance. Adjustable feet (160-220 mm).
  • Automatic water discharge function in the tank, integrated in the control panel (no need to remove the plug manually). Automatic filling of the tank. Non-return valve. Hot water rinsing (water consumption per cycle 3L), stainless steel boiler (12L - 8 kW). Tank and boiler temperature can be regulated. Microswitch for stopping the cycle when the cover is opened. Safety thermostat. Supplied with: 1 basket, 22 plates, 1 general basket, 1 beaker, connection pipe to the main water supply and discharge pipe.
  • Peristaltic dispenser for rinsing product and peristaltic dispenser for liquid detergent supplied as standard.

Offers the advantage of not having to stop the dishwasher to allow the regeneration of resins during the micro-interruptions wash cycle used to regenerate the resins, while continuing to wash!

ADVANTAGE - BREAK TANK : The "break tank" is an anti-pollution device, AB type (UK standards). 1) It prevents that the tank water (with detergent) from flowing back to the distribution system. 2) Throughout the rinsing process, its pump guarantees a constant pressure, while drying and hygiene are ensured by a T° of 85°C...until the last drop of water!
