This Heavy Duty gas griddle is made from thick stainless steel and features a smooth double grill surface.The smooth surface is ideal to bake meat, fish, vegetables and eggs. It is an Ideal griddle for intensive use in the busy and professional kitchen. In addition, this grill plate fits in a cooking line of 700mm deep.

If you regularly prepare the most delicious meat and fish dishes, a professional and robust grill plate is indispensable in your catering kitchen. Grilling has a great advantage: it preserves flavour and vitamins longer and dishes are cooked faster. This heavy duty grill plate has a smooth double cooking plate of 15mm of hardened stainless steel with a satin finish. The griddle is set into a watertight recess and the top is welded seamlessly. Thanks to the heat distribution, food is cooked evenly. The grill also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Equipped with splashguards

This professional grill plate has a 1,5 litre drip tray. In addition, you can set the temperature between 100 and 300ºC. The appliance also features a pilot light and a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. Despite the high temperatures, it is always safe to work with this professional grill plate. It is equipped with stainless steel splashguards to prevent oil spills. You can use the grill with LPG or natural gas.

Easy to clean

Cleaning the grill plate is very easy. There's a removable tray under the unit that collects the fat. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and splashguard, the smooth surfaces are easy to clean. A scraper is used to remove coarse residue. A damp cloth, warm water and mild detergent can be used to clean the exterior and the grill. Make sure all parts are wiped dry before using the griddle again.
