  • Removable peripheral rim in stainless steel.
  • "U"-shaped cooking grid in AISI 441 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm (Food certified according to European regulation CE no. 1935/2004).
  • Removable grids and deflectors for easy maintenance.
  • Lower water basin in stainless steel (dual function): 1st to collect cooking juices, 2nd to release steam.
  • A water tap for filling the tank is fixed on the top, and the opening is controlled by a valve positioned on the front of the appliance.
  • Water discharge via the overflow (with filter) of the tank.
