  • Deep-drawn and watertight top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, integrated liquid collection basins, IPX5 water resistance.
  • Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
  • Sealed cast-iron open-fire burners, brass crown (very high efficiency). Burner from 1.5 to 7 kW regulated by gas valve, pilot light and thermocouple safety device, easy front access for maintenance.
  • Upper grids in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 330x300 mm (dishwasher safe).
  • Cast iron hotplate (10 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a burner positioned in the centre of the combustion chamber. Combustion chamber thermally insulated with glass wool. Regulation by a gas valve, ignition by piezoelectric ignition and safety by thermocouple.
