  • 80 mm thick insulation

  • Digital electronic microprocessor (enclosed in a 100% waterproof IP65 enclosure), programmable as required (with all HACCP functions), front panel display.
  • Choice of 4 cycles: ‘Soft Chill’ or ‘Soft Freeze’ for delicate products, ‘Hard-Chill’ or ‘Hard-Freeze’ for large items, timer control with buzzer at end of cycle or core probe control, hold function at end of cycle and alarm device (acoustic and visual).
  • Deep-drawn inner base, rounded corners and edges (no rough edges), with drain plug (for heavy-duty maintenance).
  • Double slide-rails (allowing a grid and GN containers to be placed at the same time).
  • Door with ergonomic (non-protruding), reversible handle (for key-operated lock), magnetic pressure seal (easy replacement, no tools required), hinges with 100° stop and automatic door closure, inner door fitted with heating elements to prevent frost forming (Freeze function).
  • Microswitch on the door to stop the evaporator fan when the door is opened.
  • Climate class 4 compressor unit (30°C temperature and 55% humidity), built into the cabinet (accessible from the front), ventilated condenser.
  • Ventilated evaporator (oversized), treated against salt and food acids, completely concealed (not visible), IP45 fan motor.

Diamond blast chillers ensure compliance with all these standards.
