  • Integration of the “Green System H.R.S.” – steam condenser/recovery system for major energy savings (NOTE: connection to cold water required).
  • Loading height 465 mm.

  • Control panel on top of the hood, digital display.
  • Basket 600×500 mm, capacity 22 plates; trays 600×400 mm (see accessories); beer baskets 600×400 up to 135 L; also compatible with 500×500 mm baskets.  3 cycles: 60" – 110" – 150" or continuous.
  • Hood opening/closing mechanism with connecting rods. Vertical double-flow wash pump, self-draining and self-cleaning. Automatic tank-draining function, integrated into the control panel (no need to remove the drain plug manually). 
  • Rotating upper and lower wash and rinse arms, all stainless steel. Self-cleaning nozzles. Adjustable stainless-steel feet (160–220 mm). Front control panel. Automatic tank filling. ADVANTAGE - H.R.S. : The Heat Recovery and Steam Condensation system consists of a double-flow heat exchanger, where cold supply water flows in one direction and steam from the wash chamber flows in the opposite direction, achieving condensation.

  • Low operating costs: supply water temperature increases by +25°C, resulting in 38% electricity savings.  
  • Healthier working environment: eliminates the emission of moisture; no saturated steam above 60°C in the workplace.
  • Flexible installation: no hood required to remove steam; no extra plumbing or electrical connections needed. NB: Not compatible with osmosis water.

ADVANTAGE - BREAK TANK :  

  • The “break tank” is an anti-pollution device, type AB (UK standards).  
  • 1) Prevents tank water (with detergents) from backflowing into the distribution network.
  • 2) During the entire rinse cycle, the pump guarantees constant pressure, and hygiene and drying are ensured by a temperature of 85°C, down to the last drop of water.
