Mixing meat in this high-quality meat mixer is very easy. First, open the lid and put the desired amount of meat in the reservoir. Make sure that you do not add more meat than indicated, otherwise the meat will not be evenly distributed. The reservoir has a capacity of 20 litres and is suitable for processing 16kg of meat or fish. After you have added your meat, you can add herbs, nuts or vegetables, for example.
