  • Integration of the “Green System H.R.S.” steam condenser–heat recovery unit, providing major energy savings (WARNING: requires connection to cold water).

  • Control panel positioned on the upper part of the hood, with digital display. Vertical wash pump (double flow), self-draining and self-cleaning. Double-wall construction entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel. Rotating stainless steel wash and rinse arms (upper and lower). ADVANTAGE - H.R.S. : Heat recovery and steam condensation system consisting of: a double-flow heat exchanger, crossed on one side by cold inlet water and on the other by steam from the wash chamber, ensuring complete condensation.

  • Healthier working environment: eliminates humidity release and prevents hot saturated steam (>60°C) from escaping into the room.
  • Flexible installation: no extraction hood, no additional plumbing or electrical connections required! NB: not compatible with osmosis water supply.

ADVANTAGE - BREAK TANK :

  • The break tank is an anti-pollution device type AB (UK standard).
  • 1) Prevents wash-tank water (with detergents) from flowing back into the mains.
  • 2) During the entire rinse phase, the pump provides constant pressure and a stable 85°C temperature, ensuring perfect hygiene until the last drop.
