With this heavy duty electric induction plate with 2 burners, you can easily extend your cooking line. With its glass ceramic cooking surface and stainless steel casing, this induction plate is easy to clean. It can be added to the 700 Cooking Range and you can extend it with a base. 

When cooking intensively in large and busy kitchens, it is important that cooking equipment has a long life and can take a beating. This heavy-duty 2-burner induction hob is made from thick stainless steel with heavy-duty components. The construction is very durable so you can enjoy the induction hob for years, even when it is used intensively daily. The cooking surface is made from glass ceramic and the induction plate is integrated in the monoblock top. 

Simply set the right temperature

To use this professional induction plate, you need induction pans. The hob is fitted with a pan detection guard. If there is no direct contact with the pan, it will not heat up. In addition, the induction plate has a thermostat with a safety switch to prevent overheating. You can set the temperature with the dial between 50 and 300ºC.

Quick and easy to clean

The top is welded seamlessly and the housing is made from stainless steel, which makes cleaning incredibly easy. All you need is a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. To clean the glass ceramic surface, use a special cleaning agent and a damp cloth. After wiping all surfaces dry, you can use the induction plate again.
