  • Lower drain tap for each tank and removable drain (or filtration) tray with removable spout (easy and safe to use).
  • Upper tray for pre-cooked food, with perforated bottom for draining.
  • Double-walled insulated hinged doors.
  • Heated by a very high-efficiency cast-iron circular burner with insulated combustion chamber.

  • Analogue temperature display on the front panel for each tank.
