Smooth double‑roller operation

This dough roller features a double‑roller design to optimise dough handling. Dough fed into the top roller is caught and guided to the bottom rollers by a metal arm hook, ensuring even flattening with each pass. Both rollers offer adjustable thickness settings up to 4mm, giving you full control over the final result. Before rolling, sprinkle flour generously to prevent sticking and to maintain dough texture. The front switch lets you choose between setting 1 for manual feeding or setting 2 for foot pedal operation. Please note a foot pedal is not included.

Both roller mechanisms are protected by transparent covers, giving you complete visibility of the rolling process while helping to keep hands clear of moving parts.
