With this pizza oven with double chambers you can bake 12 pizzas of 30cm quickly and easily in once. With the analog controls you can adjust the top and bottom temperature for both chambers seperately. It has an internal light to monitor the baking process and comes with two pizza stones.

Now you can bake tasty pizzas in this large and luxurious professional pizza oven. Because the pizzas are baked on stone, they get a crispy base while the pizza remains light. This pizza oven is suitable for baking up to 12 pizzas of about 30cm each. Thanks to the large buttons, you can easily operate the oven. The front of the pizza oven also looks professional, thanks to its stainless steel housing. This oven can also withstand heavy use as it's made from a heavy-duty construction.

Efficient heat distribution

Pizzas can be baked at temperatures between 50 and 500ºC. The temperature can also be easily adjusted per chamber. There are stone plates in the large inner chamber as well as a light so you can easily see the progress of your pizzas. You cannot burn yourself on the pizza door because it has double athermic glazing. The pizza oven also has efficient heat distribution and easy analogue control.

Easy and quick cleaning

As pizzas are baked on stone, it's advisable to wipe the pizza stone with a damp cloth before using it for the first time. Let the stone dry well and then put the oven on at 100ºC for 30 minutes. After half an hour, turn the thermostat to 200ºC and leave the oven on for another 15 minutes before placing the first pizzas in it. After baking, you can quickly clean this professional pizza oven with a dry cloth or a slightly damp sponge. Do not use too much water, otherwise droplets may soak into the stone. Before cleaning, the pizza stone must first cool down to avoid burns or stone cracking.
