Cooling for cakes and pastries

This premium display fridge includes a cooling system with a fan so that cold air is constantly and evenly redistributed throughout the fridge. Regardless of the product's position in the fridge, everything stays equally cooled, making it perfect for foods like cakes, pastries and sandwiches. It's also an easy-to-operate appliance. Using the digital control panel, you can set the temperature within the range from 0 to 12°C. The refrigerant used for this deluxe display fridge is R290, which is free from CFC.

This also makes it easy to clean as you can simply wheel it to and from the kitchen. Good hygiene is important when working with food every day so cleaning needs to be an easy task.
