This grill is very handy in professional kitchens as it provides a place to keep dishes warm after preparation. The temperature can be adjusted using the rotary knob and allows you to keep meals warm and slowly cook fish or meat.

The handle on top of the salamander grill is made from insulating Bakelite.

Remove the grids and clean them with warm, soapy water. You can also clean the grids and the crumb tray in the dishwasher. Then wipe down the stainless steel casing with a damp soft cloth.
